Are you a licensed and insured “Master” of trade who is interested in participating in our bid process for upcoming projects?

Have you recently been awarded a project, and need information on submitting all required documentation to commence work?

If the answer to either of these questions is “Yes”, you have come to the right place. 

All of our Requests for Proposals, (RFP’s), are transmitted via email with a link to our online Plans Room however you must register as a Subcontractor/Vendor with us to receive these RFP’s.

Masters Construction and Development requires a valid Certificate of Insurance for General Liability and Worker’s Compensation prior to commencement. 

Please review the Sample Certificate below for required wording and applicable limits. (Please note that client-specific certificate wording may be required on some projects.)

After your Forms and Certificates have been received, you will be contacted to complete the registration process and receive a Username and Password to access our web based Plans Room for RFP’s.
